Offerings are chains of filings under one SEC registration number, labelled IPO (a first registration with no earlier annual or quarterly report that reached a final prospectus), First-time registration (the same without a final prospectus), SPAC, Registered company or Shelf, with a status: Filed, Amended, Effective, Final prospectus, Withdrawn or Dormant.
