Privacy

The site has no sign-up and no accounts. Its pages carry no analytics scripts, advertising, social-media widgets or tracking pixels, and set no cookies of their own. The API and the MCP server need no key.

• Hosting — Cloudflare. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data (IP address, browser user agent, requested address, time) to deliver pages and protect the site. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie when it screens suspicious traffic. Cloudflare keeps the service's request and error logs for a few days; we see them and aggregate traffic counts only to keep the site working, and do not use them to identify or profile visitors. • Email — Proton Mail. If you write to office@equitycapital.markets, your message is stored in our Proton Mail mailbox. We use it only to reply and keep it as long as needed for that and for our records. See Proton's privacy policy.

The ledger shows information from public SEC filings about the filers: names as filed, SEC numbers, industry codes, states, tickers, filing dates and links to sec.gov. If something about you appears here and is wrong, write to us; the source filing on sec.gov stays the authority.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone beyond the two providers above, except where the law requires.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have your correspondence deleted, write to office@equitycapital.markets. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the changelog says what changed.
