By using equitycapital.markets, its API or its MCP server you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Our compilation — the selection of filings, labels, statuses and statistics — is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). Credit “equitycapital.markets, data from the U.S. SEC” and link to the site where you can. The underlying filings are public information published by the SEC.

• Both are free and need no key. Data changes once a day, so please cache responses and avoid more than about 60 requests per minute.
• We may limit or block traffic that degrades the service for others.
• Endpoints are versioned (/api/v1/). We aim to announce breaking changes in the changelog before they happen. There is no uptime guarantee.

• present the data as an official SEC product or suggest that the SEC endorses your use of it;
• remove the attribution when you republish the data;
• try to disrupt, overload or break into the service.

The service is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of the data. See the disclaimer.
